Colleen is the Owner of Mirepoix. She purchased the studio in October 2018 and is thrilled to utilize her PR and marketing background to introduce more students to the Mirepoix community.
She’s also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She enjoys challenging her students inviting them to explore postures and transitions that push them outside of their comfort zone.
Caitlin's intention for every class is to create a safe space for her students to explore their physical body, deepen their breathe, and to, just for a moment, forget about their day to day life. Creative sequencing, alignment based cues, gentle hands on assists and a tailored playlist all help Caitlin create the perfect space for her students to practice in. Any body that is able to put their ego aside, a smile on their face, and has a willingness to try is welcome in Caitlin's class. In return, she offers a sense of honesty, humility and stillness.
Claire's classes are both energizing and nurturing. Her classes emphasize alignment and insightful thoughts to carry throughout your day. Claire is also a holistic health coach and loves nourishing the body through food and movement. Her music choices are constantly changing so she's sure to keep you grooving throughout the class.
